"It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, but the glory of kings is to search out a matter."
- Proverbs 25:2
tell me something about this
There are several other examples in the Scriptures of the number 5 symbolizing a new birth or rebirth. The first four books of the Bible, Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, and Numbers had a rebirth in Deuteronomy. In Daniel, chapter 2, an idol was comprised of four metals. Its head was made of gold, its breast and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of brass, and its legs of iron. The fifth material was its feet, which were also made of iron, and partly with clay (Dan. 2:32-33). In Daniel, chapter 7, the four beasts, the lion, the bear, the leopard, and the “dreadful and terrible” beast, had a rebirth in the composite beast of Revelation 13:1-8. It is probable that Yeshua was nailed to a stake with four nails, one nail for each extremity. And it is also probable that a fifth nail was used to fasten a plaque to the stake, which read, “YESHUA OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS” (Matt. 27:37; John 19:18-22), in three different languages. The four gospels had a rebirth in the book of Acts.
There are also several examples in nature of the number 5 symbolizing a new birth or rebirth. There are four seasons in a year, the fifth season starts a new year. There are four tides in a day, the fifth tide occurs on a new day. We have four fingers on each hand, and a fifth, larger finger called a thumb. We have four toes on each foot and a fifth, bigger toe.
